Peer mentoring in FEMP means connecting with other women in small groups where everyone both gives and receives support. You'll share experiences, challenges, and solutions with others who understand your journey, creating a mutual learning environment. 

Groups of 2-3 women meet regularly online. Each member gets time to share, discuss challenges, and receive support. Groups are carefully matched based on experience, interests, and scheduling preferences. 

No, FEMP is not a traditional mentoring program. Instead, it's a peer support program where all participants are equal contributors, sharing their experiences and learning from each other. There are no designated mentors or mentees - everyone both gives and receives support.

The program is primarily designed for participants based in or able to travel to the Czech Republic for these key events.

While regular participation enriches the experience, we understand life happens. Some workshop recordings may be available, depending on technical feasibility and content sensitivity. Personal peer group sessions aren't recorded to maintain trust and confidentiality.

The 3,000 CZK covers all program elements: peer group sessions, workshops, learning materials, and in-person events.

Expect to invest:

‣ 2 hours bi-weekly for peer group meetings

Comfortable conversational English is sufficient. The focus is on meaningful connection, not perfect language skills.

Peer groups are formed based on the Speed Dating event in February, which is a crucial part of the program. During this in-person meeting, you'll:

‣ Indicate your preferences for group formation 
‣ Build initial connections with the community 
This is why attendance at the Speed Dating event is mandatory - it ensures the best possible matches and sets a strong foundation for your peer groups.
