It's been 5 months since we gathered together in almost 130 people at Microsoft to dive into the current trends in project management. 

In the fast pace of project management, staying ahead of the curve is not just an option - it's a strategic necessity. As the business environment undergoes constant change due to technological innovation, market shifts and social change, project managers must constantly evolve their approaches to ensure success. This requires not only staying informed about current trends, but also proactively adapting to the future. 

For such purpose we have invited brilliant minds from project management sphere to share with you their knowledge and create with us a space where we could all dive into the current  trends and share our ideas. 

Hope you still remember captivating opening off the PMI Conference, delivered by the one-and-only Lenka Pincot. She took us on a captivating journey through the megatrends shaping our world and the evolving role of project managers in this dynamic landscape. With a keen focus on adaptation and transformation not only in the processes itself, Lenka emphasized the changing role of project management, moving beyond control and process to fostering collaboration, inspiring action, and driving strategic thinking.

Later, technically oriented presentation from Microsoft GTM manager Petr Karásek on artificial intelligence and modernization possibilities with focus on cost and risk reduction gave a deeper insight into technical aspect of current adaptations whereas with Leonid Kushnir, we had a chance to explore more soft skill aspect of project management through his Lego Serious Play approach towards collaboration and creative thinking. 

Pavel Kuhn gave us  an insight into how to balance business transformation with technological changes, how to use key drivers of culture change and what personal habits have to do with all of this. Our day together ended with inspiring and witty real life examples from Gabin, sharing possible strategies for change and key skills for global project managers. 

For one day, we prepared a good mix of news and information for the participants, which we gave space to talk about during the networking after the official part of the conference. We are glad that you shared your positive impressions of the day with us right after the event. We are glad that our participants found the conference an inspiring experience and time well spent.
