Pozvánka na členskou schůzi PMI CZ a výzva k účasti ve volbách / Invitation for the PMI CZ annual assembly and participation in the elections

Vážené členky a vážení členové, 

zveme vás na členskou schůzi České komory PMI (dále jen PMI CZ), která se uskuteční 22. března 2022 v 17:00. 

V rámci konání členské schůze se uskuteční volby do orgánů  PMI CZ. Vzhledem k současné a očekávané situaci v ČR a v souvislosti s opatřeními vydanými vládou ČR proti šíření viru COVID-19,  proběhne členská schůze a volby elektronicky. 

Jako členky a členové PMI CZ budete  na dva roky volit 

• Viceprezidenta pro provoz,
• Viceprezidenta pro programy
• Viceprezidenta pro profesní rozvoj a vzdělávání 
• Viceprezidenta pro finance 

Profily všech kandidátů budou umístěny zde na webu.

  

Řádná členská schůze dne 22. 3. 2022 proběhne dle tohoto programu : : 

1.      17:00 zahájení řádné schůze 

2.      17:30 Okamžité svolání náhradní členské schůze, pokud nebude přítomna nadpoloviční většina členů 

3.      17:30   Zahájení, volba předsedajícího, zapisovatele a ověřovatele zápisu (15min) 

4.      17:45   Prezentace  

           a.          17:45  zpráva o činnosti komory v roce 2021 a plán aktivit 2022 (45min) 

           b.         18:30  zpráva o hospodaření komory v roce 2021 a rozpočet na 2022 (15min) 

           c.          18:45  zpráva kontrolního výboru (15 min)  

5.      19:00  Volby členů výboru výboru 

           a.         19:00  prezentace kandidátů (15min) 

           b.         19:15  uzavření elektronického hlasování a prezentace výsledků voleb (15min) 

6.      19:30 Ukončení členské schůze a řádných doplňovacích voleb do orgánů České komory PMI, z.s.    

Hlasovací lístky obdržíte v dostatečném předstihu před dnem voleb elektronicky na email, který jste si zaregistrovali u PMI při zřízení či obnově členství.  

Elektronické hlasování bude umožněno v den voleb v úterý 22.3.2022 od 6:00 do 19:15. V čase 19.15 bude elektronické hlasování ukončeno a v rámci členské schůze budou sečteny hlasy a oznámeny výsledky voleb. 

Informace k volbám: 

1. Uzávěrka potenciálního seznamu voličů je 16. března 2022 (tzv. rozhodné datum voleb). Kdo bude chtít volit, musí nejpozději k tomuto datu včetně splnit příslušné podmínky, což zejména znamená mít zaplacené členské příspěvky PMI a být v systému k tomuto datu veden jako člen PMI CZ.

2. Uzávěrka kandidatur je 23. února 2022. Do tohoto data (včetně) musí proběhnout tzv. nominace Nominačním výborem, což spočívá v tomto: 
a. Pokud máte zájem kandidovat do vedení PMI CZ, napište prosím na adresu nominacni.vybor@pmi.cz, s uvedením pozice, na kterou chcete kandidovat., 
b. V odpovědi Nominačního výboru bude doručena příslušná sada formulářů k vyplnění, kterou musí budoucí kandidát (opět e-mailem) odeslat zpět na e-mail Nominačního výboru do zmiňovaného 23. února 2022 včetně. Doporučuje se tudíž odeslat svůj kandidátský e-mail opravdu co nejdříve. 

3. Volby proběhnou v úterý 22. března 2022 v rámci řádné členské schůze PMI.CZ. 

Veškeré nominace a dotazy prosím směřujte na Nominační výbor ( nominacni.vybor@pmi.cz), který je zodpovědný za přípravu a realizaci voleb 2022 do PMI CZ.

Dear Members,  

  

We would like to invite you to the members assembly meeting of the Czech Chapter of PMI (hereinafter referred to as PMI.CZ), which will take place on March 22, 2022 at 17:00.  

  

As part of the members' meeting, elections to the PMI.CZ bodies will take place. Due to the current and expected situation in the Czech Republic and in connection with the measures issued by the Government of the Czech Republic against the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the membership meeting and elections will be held electronically. 

As members of PMI.CZ you will vote for two years mandate: 

  

• Vice President of Operations,
• Vice President of Programs
• Vice President of Professional Development and Education
• Vice President of Finance

  

The profiles of all candidates will be located on the www.pmi.cz website.  

  

The annual members' meeting on 22.3.2022 will have the following program: 

17.00 Opening of the meeting  

17:30 Immediate convening of a substitute members' meeting if an absolute majority of members are not present  

17.30 Opening, election of the chairperson, recorder and verifier of the elections (15min)  

17:45 Presentation   

17.45 Report on the activities of the Chapter in 2021 and activity plan 2022 (45min)  

18.30 Report on the Chapter's financials in 2021 and Budget for 2022 (15min)  

18.45 Report of the Supervisory Committee (15 min))   

19:00 Election of the steering committee members   

19:00 presentation of candidates (15min)   

19.15 Closing of the electronic voting and presentation of election results (15min)  

19:30 End of the members' meeting and regular by-elections to the bodies of the Czech Chapter PMI, z.s.    

You will receive your ballots in advance of Election Day electronically to the email you registered with PMI when you established or renewed your membership.   

  

Electronic voting will be allowed on election day on Tuesday 22.3.2022 from 6:00 to 19:15. At 19.15 the electronic voting will be closed and the votes will be counted and the election results will be announced during the annual members' meeting. 

Information about the elections:  

  

1. The deadline for the potential electoral roll is 16 March 2022 ( the voting record date ). Whoever wants to vote must meet the relevant conditions by and including this date, which means, in particular, having paid PMI membership fees and being listed as a PMI member in the system on that date. 

2. The deadline for candidacies is 23 February 2022. By this date (inclusive), the the Nomination Committee must take place, which consists of the following:  

• If you are interested in running for the leadership role of PMI.CZ, please write to the address nominacni.vybor@pmi.cz, indicating the position for which you want to run. 
• The nomination committee's response will contain the appropriate set of forms to fill in, which the future candidate must (again by e-mail) send back to the Nomination Committee's e-mail by and including 23 February 2022. It is therefore recommended to send your candidate e-mail as soon as possible. 

3. The election will take place on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 as part of the regular PMI.CZ membership meeting. 

  

Please direct all nominations and questions to the Nomination Committee ( nominacni.vybor@pmi.cz), which is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the 2022 PMI.CZ elections.
