V profesním životě jsem pomáhal na svět Brain&Breakfast Business v RB EDU, dostával jsem český kosmetický přístroj na globální trhy nebo jsem zaváděl bankovní identitu v ČSOB a teď se chytám pomoci několika malým značkám k velikosti a slávě. Dlouhodobě pomáhám vedoucím projektů a mladému inženýrstvu skrz neziskové profesní organizace a mentoring. V soukromém životě se starám o rodinu se třemi dětmi a k smrti rád tvořím (hlavně texty všech druhů a barev). Udržuju si strukturovanou hlavu a hýčkám punkové srdce. 

MSc. Milan Schwarzkopf, Ph.D., MBA, spent his working years (more than 3 decades) as a Senior Project Manager on complex global projects (banks, mobile operators, system integrators). Responsibility for budgets of 15M$+, virtual teams over 40 managers. Milan is also a certified coach. 

Milan is now retired and is a Purposeful Retirement Expert, teaching people how to best arrange and live through retirement, in four pillars: finance, health, relationships, life purpose. 

I am a senior hiring executive and portfolio director with 10+ years of distinguished experience in portfolio, program, project, culture & people and change leadership and management in the government, Project Management Institute (PMI) and its chapters. 

One of my core strengths is transformational leadership. As a senior executive visionary, strategist and innovator who leads from the heart and is focused on the well-being of employees, volunteers and members while balancing the evolving needs of the organization, to me, transformational leadership embodies the ability to bring about a real change that is deep, meaningful and long-lasting. As a transformational senior executive leader, I create a positive impact on people’s lives in a way that inspires them and motivates them to initiate improvements and changes in their own lives.  

With the above in mind, I embody the organizational mission fully and embrace it in my mission and core value aligned executive presence while coaching and mentoring current and aspiring project managers and other professionals on their development journey. 

Komunikace s lidmi je pro mne každodenní potřebou, neboť jen tak mohu poznávat nejen další zajímavé lidi, ale získávat další pohledy na získané dovednosti a zkušenosti. Je pro mne výzvou převádět teorii do praxe a využívat znalosti získané v praxi pro rozšiřování teorie, kterou rád předávám dále. Za přínos považuji zejména, pokud se podaří, když student předčí učitele, neboť potom oboustranně vynaložené úsilí nebylo vynaloženo zbytečně a cíl můžeme pokládat za dosažený. Nabídnout mohu praktické zkušenosti, které  jsem získal za deset  let v pozici projektového manažera a šesti let v pozici teamleadera.
